Our Story

The story follows the journey of a young visionary dedicated to preserving and elevating the authentic Gujarat & South Gujarat "Garba Game." Founded by Neel Tandel dreamed at 17 and made it at 21 and supported by Krunal Soni as the main pillar, Maa Durga Garba Academy is a specialized "Academy" born from the selfless mentorship of Senior Kalaguru Aniket Machhi. We have evolved from dedicated instructors into Kalagurus, moving beyond basics to offer elite-level training in Dakla theory, complex Dodhiya variations, and the technical power of Gujarat & South Gujarat’s "Garba Game." Our mission is to provide a knowledge hub where students master the science of beats and music, bridging the gap between ancient tradition and modern competition excellence.

Under the expert leadership of our Kalagurus and Instructor Nayan Parmar, we empower the youth to exceed even the skill levels of professional trainers. Through daily rigorous practice, Pre-classical mastery, and landmark events like "Garba Nagri," we ensure that every student doesn't just dance, but carries the soul and technical discipline of our rich cultural heritage.
